Apply an even layer as the final step of your evening routine, after moisturizer. Avoid the eyes, lips, eyebrows and hairline. Let it dry completely for around 15 minutes before bed. Leave on overnight. In the morning, gently peel from the edges or rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Do not pull if removal feels uncomfortable; rinse instead. Use 3–4 nights a week as tolerated. Follow your pack directions and stop use if irritation occurs.
